Dudhwala is a platform connecting dairy vendors with customers for subscription-based delivery. We facilitate the service but are not responsible for the quality of products delivered by vendors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription charges are deducted from your wallet balance. Ensure sufficient balance to avoid delivery interruptions. Vendors may adjust pricing with prior notice.
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect from the next delivery cycle. Wallet balances are non-transferable but refundable per our Refund Policy.
You may not use Dudhwala for fraudulent transactions, abuse of the wallet system, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Dudhwala is not liable for delivery failures due to force majeure, incorrect addresses, or vendor-side issues beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
