Refund Policy

1. Wallet Refunds

Unused wallet balance may be refunded upon account closure. Refund requests must be submitted to support@ideasprout.in with your registered phone number.

2. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is marked as failed due to an agent error, the corresponding amount will be automatically credited back to your wallet within 24 hours.

3. Subscription Cancellations

No charges are levied for cancelling a subscription. Any pre-paid amount for future deliveries will be refunded to your wallet.

4. Processing Time

Wallet credits are instant. Bank refunds (if requested) are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed deliveries that have been accepted are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
