Our Mission

Dudhwala exists to digitalize India's hyperlocal dairy ecosystem. Thousands of dairy vendors across India still manage their business on paper registers, WhatsApp groups, and phone calls - losing hours every day to manual billing, missed collections, and route chaos.

We built Dudhwala to change that. Our platform gives dairy vendors a complete digital system - subscriptions, delivery routes, agent management, payment collection, and analytics - all in one place. Setup takes less than 24 hours. No technical knowledge required.

The Platform

Dudhwala is a three-sided platform connecting vendors, agents, and customers in one seamless system:

  • Vendor Admin Portal - Manage customers, routes, agents, products, pricing, and analytics from a web dashboard.
  • Customer App - Subscribe, pause, adjust quantity, track deliveries live, and manage wallet payments.
  • Agent App - Optimised daily routes, offline-first delivery marking, photo proof upload, and earnings tracking.

Built with Node.js + Fastify (backend), React (admin portal), and React Native + Expo (mobile apps). Powered by Firebase for authentication and push notifications, and Prisma + PostgreSQL for data. Hosted on Indian infrastructure for data residency compliance.
